End User License Agreement

Purpose: CiB Net Station Sdn Bhd (“CiB”) offers to allow you to play its multi-player online computer game "Risk Your Life" under the terms and conditions contained in this agreement and your compliance with the posted Rules of Conduct. Your use of "Risk Your Life" constitutes your agreement to all such terms and conditions and your agreement to comply with the Rules of Conduct. To confirm your agreement, you should click on the "Agree" button at the end of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the agreement, you should click on the "Cancel" button at the end of this Agreement, in which case you reject the offered terms of use and will not be permitted to play "Risk Your Life". If you have any questions regarding these terms and conditions or the Rules of Conduct, please contact a CiB customer service representative.

Amendments
This User Agreement (the "Agreement") comprises the entire agreement between CiB Net Station Sdn Bhd and the User, and supersedes any prior agreements between the User and CiB with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement does not supersede any additional terms and conditions of which the User is notified by CiB and/or which may apply when using third party content or services. CiB may amend or revise this Agreement at any time at its sole discretion, and such amendment or revision shall be effective upon posting of such revised agreement on the CiB or RYL web site (the "Web Site"). The User hereby agrees to review this Agreement by accessing the Web Site periodically to become aware of any such revisions. If any revision is unacceptable to the User, the User may terminate the Agreement hereof. Continued use of the Services following the posting of the revised Agreement shall be deemed as acceptance of all such revisions.

User Registration Obligations and Security
In order to use the Service, you are required to complete a registration form containing a user name (ID), a password, gender, e-mail address and country. In consideration of the use of the Service, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as submitted in any registration form on the Service and to maintain up-to-date information which is true, accurate, current and complete at all times by making changes, additions or deletions to your User profile, as required. If any information provided is not true, accurate, current or complete, or CiB has reasonable grounds to suspect that the information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or complete, then CiB shall have the right to suspend or terminate your right to use the Service and refuse to provide any current or future Service to you.
You acknowledge that CiB reserves the right to refuse to grant you a user name that is already in use, may be illegal, protected by trade-mark or other proprietary interest, is obscene or profane or otherwise determined by CiB, at its sole discretion, to be inappropriate. You agree to be responsible for all acts and omissions that occur in connection with your password. You agree to keep your password confidential and to notify CiB if you believe that the security of your password has been compromised. You acknowledge that CiB does not protect you from the unauthorized use of your password.

a)	Eligibility. Accounts are available for individuals. If you wish to use the Service, you must complete the registration process, open an Account in your name and accept full responsibility for all obligations under this Agreement. Those who have completed these steps and who maintain their Account in good standing are sometimes referred to in this Agreement as "Members." By clicking the "Agree" button, the registered user of an Account may use the Account. Only one person may use an Account and you are liable for all activities conducted through your Account.
b)	Account ID. At the time your Account is opened, you must choose a name to identify yourself to CiB staff (your "Account ID"). You may not select as your Account ID the name of another person, or a name which violates any third party's trademark right, copyright, or other proprietary right, or which CiB deems in its discretion to be vulgar or otherwise offensive. CiB reserves the right to delete, or to change, any vulgar or otherwise offensive Account ID. You have sole liability for all activities conducted through your Account or under your Account ID.
c)	Account. By agreeing to the User Agreement you agree that you do not own the account you use to access the service, the characters CiB stores on CiB servers, the items stored on these servers, or any other data which the servers and accounts are comprised of. The account you create is needed to login to the service and the fee that you pay is to continue to access the service.
d)	Passwords. At the time your Account is created, you must select a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and you are responsible for any harm resulting from your disclosure or allowing the disclosure of your password or from use by any person of your password to gain access to your Account and Account ID. At no time should you respond to an online request for a password. CiB will never ask for your password offline or online, except that you will be required to enter your password as part of the log-on process.
e)	Former Members. Members whose Accounts have been terminated by CiB may not access the Service in any manner or for any reason, including through any other Account, without the express written permission of CiB.
f)	Related Accounts. If CiB terminates an Account, CiB may terminate any other Accounts that share the same member name, phone number, email address, postal address, Internet Protocol address, or credit card number with the terminated Account.
g)	The User Account will be terminated when users have not played the game or accessed their account for 6 months or more.
h)	End of service : CiB can reserves the right end the services provided without any prior notice.
i)	Game Master : responsible to manage, report any special occurrences or incidents that happen in the game, and to maintain the smooth operation of the gaming world, they have the right to investigate the records or activities of players, and report on players that violate any rules stated in this agreement.

Service Application:

a)	Register at www.ryl.com.my, the service will be provided after CiB permits the application.
b)	All information issued by users must be true and complete, CiB will not expose any of the information in order to protect the privacy of users.
c)	CiB will not modify or change any information issued by users, we will not responsible for any incorrect information that is issued by users.
d)	Registration information is not allowed to be changed or modified after validation, we will use the previously registered record as a standard to compare if modification is necessary, we do not accept any other form of information modification.

Valid application: CiB reserves the right to terminate the service to users who:

a)	Register an account using the information of other people.
b)	Do not pay the fees as they are supposed to.
c)	Issue fake personal information that will affect the verification process of CiB Net Station Sdn Bhd.
d)	Are verified users, but do not follow the rules stated as proven by Game Master.
e)	We have the rights to terminate the services temporarily if the below situation occurs, until we recover:
	I.	I. Server maintenance: time-to-time maintenance, hardware and software update or etc, services will be terminated; we will keep server downtime to a minimum.
	II.	Server failure: If server breakdown occurs as a consequence of any attack and is unable to provide any service anymore.
	III.	Connection breakdown: Breakdown of networking connection or other reasons that cause the disconnection of users from our server or sometimes lagging situation.
	IV.	Others: Other reasons such as natural disasters or acts of God.

a)	User whose account expires, and buys the authorized point card, monthly card or any other permitted form of application that allows users to continue using our service, this statement will stay valid.
b)	User’s account will be terminated if the user does not play the game for 6 months or more.
c)	User gives up their rights: Users have the right to give up/forfeit the service provided by our company at anytime and we will process it as soon as possible.
d)	Users must keep and remember their User ID and Password, we do not provide any password and User ID recovery service. The User ID and Password should be kept confidential and responsible by the users, we will not be held responsible for any loss of property, password, or any other forms of benefits of users.

We reserve the right to terminate the Users information without prior agreement from users if they are found to have violated the statement stated herein.

Notices, announcements, and obligations to information:

a)	We should fix the server in case of failure or breakdown, but if we are unable to handle the matter immediately, we obligated to inform users of this news.
b)	We will not expose or publish any information of users or use that information for commercial use.
c)	If users violate any laws and are being investigated by any approved party, we obligated to provide necessary information.
d)	When users terminate their agreement with CiB, we will provide appropriate attitude and service in order to protect users rights.
e)	If users need to change their details, they are required to fill in an application and confirmation form, and we will verify it using previously registered record and make the changes once validated.

Service and Termination:

a)	We are in operation the whole year, 24 hours per day as basis.
b)	We will inform users earlier when we are doing routine maintenance or equipment expansion/upgrade.
c)	We will not be held responsible for game lag or service/network disruption due to unforeseen circumstances such as floods or acts of God or local/international network/Internet problems. Please ensure that your connection is stable and fast enough for playing the game.
d)	We reserve the right to terminate the service or prohibit the users from re-registering if they are found to have violated any of the rules.
e)	When Users violate any part of this agreement or have been found to corrupt our reputation, we will delete the user's account depending on the situation.

User ID and Password:

a)	Please be aware of these rules before building your ID:
	I.	Similarities of ID with other users
	II.	Usage of unpleasant IDs
	III.	Similarities with certain characters or objects in the form intended to confuse other users
	IV.	Similarities with any country, celebrities, company name, or any other name that might appear in reality that is intended to confuse other people or may violate any copyright.
	V.	If any mistake in ID building is caused by the program or other reason, please inform the Game Master. GM will inform users when they violate the ID naming rules, and will ask them to rename their ID within a certain period or the system will automatically rename that ID if users do not rename within that time and they will not be allowed to object at that time.
b)	Players are responsible to keep their own ID and Password secure; should any damage be caused by exposure of information, our company will not responsible.
c)	Players should not expose their ID and Password during use of our service. The Game Master will not ask this information from users during game play, so please keep your ID and Password.
d)	It is recommend using 8 characters for Password, consisting of alphabets and numeric characters.
e)	The user’s account and character name cannot be changed after creation. If users wish to reset their character name, they have to delete and re-create the character, we will be held responsible for any such related mistakes.

Online Rules: CiB reserves the right to terminate a user account depending on situations when rules stated below are violated.

a)	Inappropriate use of information, User ID, and Password of other users.
b)	Hack and use of the ID and Password of other users without permission from our company.
c)	Use of a hacking program, spreading of computer viruses or theft, damage to the information and the reputation of our company. ( If users use illegal programs to hack or modify our program, their account will be deleted and they may face legal punishment as well )
d)	Use of the gaming environment provided by our company for other non-related use, such as drugs, caffeine and other illegal activities.
e)	Harassment, embarrassment or impersonation of other players in the game.
f)	Damage to our web site by any means or form.
g)	Impersonation of a Game Master, or any of our company employees, or violation of any the terms and game rules.
h)	Use of any hacking or modification programs without prior written consent of our company.
i)	Violation of privacy of other players.
j)	Use of any weaknesses of the game (bugs), to damage or gain money.
k)	Use of ID or names that are similar to the Game Master in order to confuse other players.

Change or update of game content: We will update the content of game from time to time, and will inform users after updating.

This agreement will be changed or updated depending on certain policies, and will be published at the official web site after updating, and will be made valid immediately.

This is not a complete agreement, there are others online scope that must be followed (see Appendix for details).

Appendix: In game rules

These rules are made based on the 13th Agreement in the Risk Your Life User Agreement.

User ID and Account:

a)	Please refer to the agreement for User ID building, please do not violate any of the rules. Inappropriate character names (similar with other players or other type of character will cause confusion), users will have to delete the character themselves after verification by GM for the first time, GM will rename the character if users violate this rule for a second time.
b)	Account password has been hacked and needs to be changed, complete basic information about players is needed. Please contact GM if this happens, but hacked accounts or deleted items cannot be recovered.
c)	Unable to create character: please contact GM and we will solve the problem in a short time.

About Password:

a)	GM will not ask for users for their account password/ID/character etc, users please do not expose any information under any situation.
b)	Please be aware that users are advised not to use the ID as Password, are recommend using a longer Password with a combination of alphabets and numbers, please do not use birthdates or telephone numbers.
c)	Loss of Password (not including store password): Complete details about the players are needed, please contact GM or email to our customer support if this happens.
d)	Please refer to the Agreement about punishment regarding illegal use of account of other users.

Punishment for violating game's rules:

a)	Any user that impersonates our GM by using a similar ID will be prohibited from playing the game for 3 days and will be asked to change their ID, they will be prohibited from playing the game permanently if they are found to violate this for a second time.
b)	If users are found to use dirty/obscene/rude words, embarrass, threaten, or impersonate other users, they will be prohibited from playing the game; first offence: 3days, second offence: 20 days, third offence: permanent
c)	Misuse of bugs/problems in the game to gain an unfair advantage. After verification, ban from the game: first offence 3days, second offence: 20 days, third offence onward: permanent
d)	Deletion of public channel or deletion of whisper channel. After verification, ban from the game: first offence 3days, second offence, 20 days, third offence and above: permanent
e)	Deletion of GM channel. After Verification, ban from game; first offence 10days, second offence: 20 days, third offence onward: permanent
f)	Interruption/disruption to other players intentionally. After verification, ban from the game: first offence: 3 days, second offence: 10 days, third offence onward: permanent
g)	Use of a public channel for reality business purposes. After verification, ban from the game; first offence 3 days, second offence 10 days, third offence onward permanent
h)	Spreading of incorrect rumors or inappropriate news using a public channel. After verification, ban from the game; first offence: 3 days, second offence: 20 days, third offence onward: permanent
i)	Disseminating fake information or hurting other good players. After verification, ban from the game; first offence: 10 days, second offence: 30 days, third offence onward: permanent.
j)	Opening a stall with unpleasant/rude names. After verification, first offence: 10 days, second offence: 30 days, third offence onward: permanent
k)	Use of an illegal or hacking program to play the game. After verification, user’s account will be frozen and announced on the official web, after which the user must report to GM within 7 days and they will given a few days time to delete the ID. If they ignore it, they will be banned from the game permanently.
l)	Users that hack or use other player’s account, or cheat/trick other players to get benefits, will be banned from the game permanently after verification.
m)	Selling items unrelated to the game (example: drugs, pirated CDs, ecstasy), information will be sent to the appropriate party and/or handled by local law enforcement, user will be banned from the game if found guilty.
n)	Duplication of game related items. Since duplication is illegal, we will keep our law rights. User’s account will be frozen after verification and they are required to surrender to GM within 7 days. If they ignore this, they will be banned from the game and legal action will be taken.
